1. Shipping Coverage
Uellow currently provides shipping services within the State of Kuwait only, unless stated otherwise.
International shipping is not available unless explicitly announced.
2. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is displayed before order confirmation.
Delivery time may vary depending on:
- Customer location
- Product type
- Seller or vendor (multi-vendor system)
Business days are Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on:
- Delivery location
- Product weight or size
- Vendor policy
All shipping fees are clearly shown before checkout.
Uellow reserves the right to update shipping fees when necessary.
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed after:
- Successful online payment
- Or confirmation for Cash on Delivery orders
Uellow is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for selected products and areas only.
Additional fees may apply for COD orders.
If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason:
- Uellow may suspend the account
- Or disable COD for future orders
6. Failed or Delayed Delivery
If the customer is unavailable at delivery location:
- Delivery may be rescheduled
- Additional charges may apply
Shipping fees are non-refundable if delivery fails due to customer error.
7. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers must inspect orders upon receipt.
Any issues such as:
- Damage
- Missing items

- Packaging
- Meeting delivery timelines

- Customer complaints
