• Scope: 6-month standard warranty against manufacturing defects under normal personal use, from the delivery date.
• Included: Internal components and factory faults not caused by the user.
• Excluded: Physical damage, liquid ingress, misuse, unauthorized repair and consumable/wear parts.
• Conditions: The original invoice and this warranty certificate must be presented, and the product serial number / security seal must be intact and matching.
• Remedy: At Uellow's discretion the product is repaired; if repair is not feasible it is replaced with the same or an equivalent model, or a store credit is issued.
• Claim process: Report the fault within 7 days of its occurrence; technical inspection takes 2–5 working days; approved repairs are usually completed within 7–14 working days.
• This warranty is non-transferable and is valid inside Kuwait only.
• This warranty is additional to, and does not limit, your statutory consumer rights.
